Wes Aarum’s journey began as a Youth Pastor before he moved into the Christian music scene as the drummer for the band “Harvest,” The band’s focus on ministry to the next generation propelled the band to headline sold-out concerts and festivals. Despite his success in music, Aarum felt the Lord calling him to pastoral ministry. That pivot in ministry led him to founding the college ministry Vintage in New York. Starting with just a handful of students, under Aarum’s ministry, Vintage grew into a thriving community of over 600 members. He then planted and now pastors Vintage Church in Buffalo, New York. At SCC 2024, Wes Aarum will be teaching through 1 Peter 2 to show us what the Bible says about building your life on the foundation of Jesus Christ and how to shape the culture around you.

Red Letter Society was founded by local Virginia worship leaders in 2016. Since then, their mission to write songs for the church has scaled up to reach thousands of people! Multiple members of Red Letter Society serve in full-time ministry at their local churches with the motivation to see the global Church continue to grow in the truth of God’s Word and to surrender to His Lordship in their lives.

Student Collective Conference is a gathering of local churches in Central Virginia with the same heart to help students shape culture around them with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
